Beginner's Guide

Thank you for using the ADRIFT Beginner's Guide. It was my hope to make it a little easier for those that are having trouble getting started with ADRIFT. There is so much you can do. Take your time and try new things. If you are having troubles please visit the ADRIFT Forum at http://www.adrift.org.uk/forum. There is a great community or ADRIFT users that are ready and willing to help.

Getting ideas for creating games can sometimes be very frustrating. I recommend that you visit the ADRIFT website and download some games from the Adventures page. Playing games that others have created can give you a few ideas and also give you ideas for creating puzzles. Visit http://www.adrift.org.uk

And now for the shameless plug for my own website. Visit The ADRIFT Network. You can download ADRIFT, several great games, and even try a game out right online. There are several resources provided to help you get started on creating your very own adventures. Visit http://home.gcn.cx/mystery

I especially want to thank everyone who proofread and tested this guide. The feedback was outstanding! I have to say that the members of the ADRIFT community really come together to lend a hand when someone needs it. I couldn't do it without you. Special thanks to:
